Many insurance plans have chiropractic benefits. We are preferred providers for the following list of insurance companies.  Your coverage, benefit amounts, deductibles, and copays are determined by the plan you choose from your particular insurance company.

We accept auto insurance, worker's comp, and most major medical insurance plans.

(Some insurance plans allow coverage for non-contracted/out-of-network providers, usually at a lower rate. Please check with your insurance carrier for detailed benefits and coverage information.)

If you don't have insurance coverage, we have additional payment options through our "Plan of Care" program. Please call us for details.

We cover all auto accident insurance plans and worker's compensation programs.  Again, your coverage will be based on the insurance amounts you have.

We will gladly check your insurance benefits before you start care!  Simply call our office and provide us with some information.  We will get back to you within 1 day with your benefits.  If you would like to check on your own, simply call the customer service line and answer the questions.  (Please note that whatever coverage is told, true limits on your policy will be determined once your insurance company has been billed for services.)
