Christine -
I first came to this office four years ago. In the beginning I had knee pain, then I started having back pain and was diagnosed with sacroiliac joint problems. Dr. Cho adjusted my back and hips consistently for the last two years. I still don’t know how I hurt my back and was also in physical therapy for five months. I worked with a physiatrist, physical therapist and Dr. Cho. It took over a year for me to become stable enough to return to most activities and I rarely have problems now. I was referred by a friend and continue to see Dr. Cho only as needed.

Mauricio Lomelin -
Dr. Cho made my back pain go away! He first took the time to x-ray me to determine what was wrong, then he set up a treatment routine that addressed the underlying condition, all the while explaining everything. Now we’re working on ensuring the problems to not recur.

Barbara McDowell -
My lower back was injured about 8 years ago. I have been on an adventure to excellent health. Since then I have been to a Doctor of Osteopath, to the Minor and James Medical Neurology, to the Puget Sound Sports and Spine, two different physical therapists, and to Aston patterning. I have been to three chiropractors. I found out good information about my body.

I have learned a lot about the body and the care of my body throughout my life. Chiropractors have helped my back more than any of the others combined. Dr. Cho is by far the best of the three chiropractors I have seen.

Often, I walk with Shirley, a friend, in my neighborhood. Shirley had an operation on her hand. I discovered she was seeing a chiropractor, Dr. Cho, in Bellevue and was pleased with the results. I asked for his number.

On my quest of gaining great health, I started seeing Dr. Cho mid March of 2009. He is highly skilled at chiropractic manipulations and he also is concerned about the health of the whole body. It all operates together.

When I first began with Chosen Chiropractic, I was aware of a mild scoliosis in my upper back. My height was 5 feet 4 inches. My lower back was still causing difficulties. My muscles were tight in my neck, back and face. I had TMJ and headaches and my eye sight for distance was not clear. My posture was not correct. My ankles, feet and knees would not stay adjusted. I had a 30 year old injury on my left shoulder that was still giving me trouble. One leg was longer than the other. I have not been golfing or downhill skiing basically for 3 years.

As of today my upper back is less tense and has less scoliosis. My height is back to normal at 5'5". My lower back is staying in place longer and longer. The tightness in my muscles is better most of the time. My eye sight was related to headaches. I now have times without headaches. My migraines are growing less and less. My posture is becoming better. My shoulder has less pain and I can sleep on that side often without it hurting. My ankles and knees stay adjusted especially if my back does. My core muscles are stronger now. TMJ is not as painful. My legs have been even. Basically, I think I am 80% better. My goal: I will have a functionally performing spine with muscles that perform superbly and excellent health. I have longevity in my family, up to 103 years old. I am still young and plan to stay healthy.

Basically, I am responsible for my health. I do the exercises Dr. Cho gives me. I follow his advice and observe the success as it goes along. He listens to what I say and has watched me when I walk. I am thankful of his skills and his creativity. Also, I am thankful of his staff that works in his office. I am going forward on my path of health.

Kathleen Ege -
Because of my general background of life experiences, longility, and aging process, Dr. Cho actually helps keep me going. The comfort, flexibility, and mobility after my visits to Chosen Chiropractic is incredible.

Jordan Funston -
I first came to this office in 2001. I had a heart condition that began in April 2001, caused by a car accident, and it was severe. I had seen a cardiologist for the heart condition, then was referred here by my physical therapist. My results were that my heart palpitations were cured, in six visits!

Sky Lee -
I've sought treatment from several different chiropractors for my injuries, but Dr. Cho's gentle treatments have been the most effective by far. I go to school in New York, but I make sure to seek treatment from Dr. Cho every time I come back home.

Sakura Sutter -
I first came to this office in 2003 when I was six months pregnant and starting to feel the pain of pregnancy. I initially came for back pain from my pregnancy and ski injury years before. After that was under control, I moved on to different ailments like shoulder pain, vertigo and even sinus issues. The later, I had no idea Dr. Cho could help me with, but it’s been a godsent. I had seen a chiropractor back in Chicago and it gave me a bad impression of chiropractic care. It was not only more painful and less helpful, but also a bit of an endless money pit. Dr. Cho renewed my hope in chiropractic care. Not only is he well-knowledged, he is also very in tune with health and wellness. I was referred to this office from another pregnant friend at the time. The results I’ve had: I feel less agony and pain, more alert and rested, decreased sinus infections and headaches, as well as more range of motion.

Steven Harpster -
I first came to this office on December 17, 2007. I had consistant neck pains and hadn't seen any other physicians. I was referred to this office by my mother. I have no more pain now and have had amazing results. The customer services is 5 stars!

Nathan Jeffrey -
After living and working with lower back pain for a year or so, one day I was awoken from a dead sleep with shooting pain stemming from my lower back coursing up and down my entire body. While I am not the type of person to run to the Doctor to get check out when something hurts, the pain I was experiencing was to intense to live with so I decided to have a Doctor take a look at my back. I initially chose a Chiropractor office close to where I was living at the time. When I first walked in the door I was in pain all the time. Normal living was hard to do. Sitting, standing, walking, car rides; physical exercise or any movement at all caused me pain. I advised my Doctor of my condition and she immediately went to working on addressing my pain. We identified a couple of key problems and immediately started working on dressing the issues she saw. Even though my case was severe and required intense treatment for the first couple of months, after the first week of treatment my body was showing drastic improvement, and my overall pain levels were diminishing rapidly. After 3 months of treatment I had recovered to about %85 of normal. My pain levels had dropped to only having slight pain on occasion. After my initial recovery, I got into a car accident, which re-agitated my lower back injury, so I had to increase my regular visits to the chiropractor to curb the pain and continue the healing process. After hitting about %85 of recovery I stopped going to the Chiropractor and lived with occasional pain for a year or so. After a year or so, I started seeing Dr Cho. When I first started seeing Dr Cho I was at a %85-recovery level. I notice right away Dr Cho’s chiropractor methods were different from all the other chiropractors I had been treated by before. He not only made bone adjustments but also explained what he was going and why he was doing it and also worked on the muscles that were causing some of the bone alignment issues. Shortly after starting treatment, my pain levels started to diminish. With Dr Cho’s methods, I am starting to see a drastic improvement in my pain levels and overall feeling of wellness. After several months of treatment and following Dr Cho’s instructions, I was living 99.99% pain free! Since I have been receiving chiropractic treatment from Dr Cho I have had little to no back pain and have strengthened by lower back. My lower back is now better than it was before I was injured, all thanks to Dr Cho and chiropractic care! With watching my diet, in cooperating moderate exercise, wearing orthodox and regular chiropractic visits, I went from living a life where I experienced sharp shooting lower back pain on a daily bases to living without pain! Without chiropractic care, I would still be living with daily lower back pain. I highly recommend chiropractic care! I also highly recommend using Dr Cho’s chiropractic methods!!! Dr Cho’s chiropractic care has worked very well for me!!!

Kristina Jeffrey -
I have lived with pain and headaches almost my entire life. The diagnoses I have been given by several Doctors are the headaches I commonly experience are called “Cluster Headaches”. I have been given every medication under the sun to deal with these commonly debilitating rounds of Custer Headaches. All the meds have done is help with the pain, make me spacey or both. I have had bouts of Custer Headache that have lasted as-long-as 6 months (typically a bout of Custer Headaches will last from 2 weeks to a month or two). During these bouts I am in so much pain I have a hard time completely daily tasks. Sometimes the pain is so intense all I can do is try to sleep in a dark room. The doctors tell me there is no cure for cluster headaches… I have tried Chiropractic care in the past, but did not get any results. It seemed like all they did was tests and them scheduled me for more tests just to tell me my back was really messed up and to come back so that we could schedule an action plan. After multiple visits (each one I was paying for) and no results, I stopped going. A friend of mind told me about Dr. Cho. I was reluctant at first because of my previous experience with chiropractic care. After I got over my apprehension, I decided to go with my friend to see Dr Cho. I am very happy with the results I am getting from Dr Cho’s care! He is very attentive to my needs and started to address my lower/upper back and shoulder pain on the very first visit! I have been under Dr Cho’s care now for the 6 months or so and have seen great improvement in the amount of lower/mid/upper back and should pain I experienced before. Dr Cho said a lot of the headaches I was experiencing was because of neck tension, which I am inclined to believe because the amount of headaches I have had over the last 6 month I have been under his treatment have been only a handful, with NO cluster headache bouts at all!!! I have very happy with Dr Cho’s care, and even happier I am living almost headache free!!! Chiropractic care has helped to drastically cut down on the number of headaches I now experience.

Misuk Lee -
I first came to Chosen Chiropractic in April 2009. I was in a car accident twice within two years. In both accidents I was rear-ended. I had pain and stiffness in my lower back, neck, and shoulders. I had to quit my job because it was too painful. I went to another chiropractor for a year, and it helped me move without pain a little. However, I still had pain in my lower back. The other chiropractor temporarily relieved my pain, but the pain eventually came back. I was referred to Dr. Cho by another chiropractor and I also found him in an ad. I didn’t expect to get well this fast. I was treated for just three months, but I can tell that my physical condition has improved very much. I am lucky to have found Dr. Cho. He is very professional and very nice.

Mary B. -
I first came to this office in June of 2009. I had back pain exacerbated by an auto accident. I have been treated by other physicians. I was referred to Dr. Cho by a massage therapist. I am 100% better than before my automobile accident. My chronic back discomfort has disappeared.

The Marlows -
Dear Dr. Cho: I want to let you know how grateful we are with the result of the chiropractic treatment of our children, Brennan and Hayden. Brennan had been suffering with ear infections since he was four months old. We had treated him in traditional ways for awhile and after time with alternative treatments. We saw a naturopath, a pediatric naturopath, a massage therapist, and finally a nutritionist. Our nutritionist suggested we bring Brennan to a chiropractor and since my husband has been seeing you with great result, I thought you a good choice. Brennan was scheduled for surgery for tubes in early July and I was very interested in doing what was necessary to avoid this treatment if possible. However, because he is only 16 months old, I was very concerned with his hearing and language development and scheduled the surgery. I am very happy to report that since you have been treating Brennan, he has had no ear infections, (the longest time he has been without illness,) and in fact, the pediatrician has seen no fluid in his ears at all. She even recommended we cancel the surgery for tubes if we liked. Brennan’s hearing has improved and his language is blossoming. The change is remarkable. Hayden also enjoys his visits with you and happily hops on the table at the beginning of each appt. He is very excited to tell his friends that he is going to visit his “back doctor”. Thank you very much.

Madeline Racine -
Our first visit was in April 2010. Maddie's issue was a sore knee, I-T band and hip flexor. This had been a reoccuring problem since U-13 (age 13). The pain influenced her running, playing and kicking the soccer ball.. probably stems from overuse. We visited Dr. Mike Morris, the orthopedic doctor who operated on my knee. He referred us to PT, but we chose a different treatment because we needed active care while playing. Maddie's coach, Tim Bialek, referred us to Christian Cho. After several months of treatment, Maddie's hip seems to be healing and staying in alignment. The knot has disappeared from the I-T band and Maddie has continued to play soccer thru the process. Dr. Cho has kept her in the game. -Mary Racine (Mother)

Keith D. -
Since I had never been to a chiropractor before, I did not know what to expect and was a little nervous. The level of professionalism from Dr. Cho, and his dedicated team of Jenefer and Kelsey, is second to none and they all really helped put me at ease. I was injured in a car accident and found this treatment highly beneficial to keeping me well enough to maintain an aggressive work schedule. I am sold on the benefits of Chosen Chiropractic and you will soon realize why Dr. Cho is so passionate and skilled at healing his patients. I was so impressed that my entire family now benefits from his care. Do yourself a favor and experience the benefits of chiropractic care from a true professional! Thanks again!

Jacqueline Rudasics -
I came to this office 6 weeks ago, I was in the middle of treatment with another chiropractor. I’m not sure when it [the condition] began. Having kids caused it. Initially, my back had gone out, but my goal now is to fix my neck and spine. I get headaches as well. I was treated by other chiropractors, whose adjustments were harsh and traditional. I was sore for days afterward. Sandy K. and Sarah S. (my sons’ and daughter’s baseball coach) referred me to this office. Sandy spoke very highly and Sarah, who said she didn’t believe in chiropractors, now comes. My adjustments don’t leave painful results. I’m hoping that things are becoming more aligned. I notice that my shoulders are back and I’m not hunched over.

Gregory Neuzil -
I first came to this office in mid November 2008. I had a damaged shoulder for two years plus and lower back pain for ten or more years. I was treated by a physical therapist for roughly seven months. I had some good results with the shoulder. I was referred to this office by my father, Dennis Neuzil, and I’ve had very good results for the shoulder and back.

Dorothy Murphy -
I first came into Chosen Chiropractic in June 2009. I had occasional, recurring lower back pain. It began about a year and a half ago and had become more frequent. It wasn’t severe, but definitely uncomfortable. I have not been to any other physicians. I was referred to Dr. Cho by my friend and co-worker, and since coming to see him, my pain has gotten better.

Dennis Neuzil -
I first came to this office in June 2008. I had lower back pain (primary problem) and “morning” stiffness there. It first occurred in the fall of 2006. I was treated by a physical therapist in the fall of 2006 and fall of 2007, about two months each. The back was being addressed secondarily while I was getting physical therapy for shoulder stiffness. Severe lower back pain returned in February 2008. Shoulder problems were reduced, but lower back pain returned as mentioned above. Dr. Cho was one of two chiropractic offices given to me by Dr. Garrett Hyman in late spring of 2008 as an alternative to doing physical therapy again. I have had excellent progress on lower back pain! The intensity has much been reduced. Previously, the pain occasionally reached 8-9 on a 10-scale, but now usually reaches only 1-3.

Christopher Cooney -
I first came to Dr. Cho in March of 2009. My spine was out of alignment after injuring myself in a ski accident in February, I had severe lower back pain. I’ve had problems since I was in my early 20’s off and on, but this was the worst it had ever been. After my fall skiing, I saw an orthopedist in Kirkland and found out some extent of my problems. The result was after years of non treatment and ignoring the problem when it flared. I was in severe pain when my muscles tightened. I was referred to Dr. Cho by my orthopedist at Evergreen Medical Center. Since starting chiropractic, I’ve had little pain, my spine feels straighter and overall I’ve felt better than I have in years.

Cheri McDonald -
When I first came to this office in September 2008, I had recurring pain in the neck and shoulders following an auto accident in the fall of 2003, as well as pain in the lower leg post surgery from a ski accident in 2006 (broken tibia/tibial plateau fx). I had seen a number of health care practitioners who basically told me to write off the situation as one that could at best “be managed” to minimize pain and discomfort and also discouraged vigorous sports activities. The results I’ve seen here is that my neck is pain free between treatments, and treatments have diminished to once every 2-3 weeks, and continue to improve. Dr. Cho also discovered the pain in my lower leg was due to a dislocated fibula. We are able to eliminate pain or significantly reduce it, as well as to return to sports activities with more and more ease. I was referred through the Le Tip networking group. I have improved beyond hope and expectation and closer to post trauma function then ever before. I expect to be able to do sports activities as desired.

Cecelia Papa -
A year ago this winter, I enthusiastically started training to become a long distance runner. My endeavors were soon put on hold after I took a few hard falls on our icy deck.

After each of my falls, I continued to train despite my discomfort. I entered some local short events always thinking that the pain would eventually go away; but, it never did. And over the course of the spring, my pain became worse. I jogged, walked, and limped my way through the events. By July of last year, I could barely jog/walk a 5K; and, by August, I could barely walk at all, let alone drive my car, without excruciating pain throbbing through my back, hip, and hamstring. At this point, I decided to seek medical assistance.

I made an appointment with an orthopedic doctor specializing in sports injuries. He advised that I had a damaged ligament where the hamstring is joined to the pelvic bone, and a damaged hamstring—these could be fixed. In addition, I had piriformis syndrome—an inflammation of the piriformis muscle—which, he told me, is a rather common nuisance and has no known successful, permanent remedy. At best, one can learn simply to manage the pain. In my case, if the flare-up was due to the damaged ligament or hamstring, then the pain would subside during the healing process; otherwise, it may be something that I have to learn to live with. Our best remedy at that point was physical therapy.

I went to physical therapy twice a week for two months. I recognized significant improvements. The ligament and hamstring healed nicely; and, the associated soft tissue soreness subsided. But, my hope for a successful outcome quickly faded, as some amount of pain continued to shoot through my lower back, hip, and leg. The PT then determined the problem--my pelvic bone and tailbone were out of place; and, the pain would not go away until this was corrected. He recommended that I see a chiropractor for the necessary treatment.

Now, the last place anybody would ever expect to find me was in the office of a chiropractor; that would just never happen. I did not believe that those bone-cracking doctors could cure anything, let alone put me in my sorry state back together again. Nor could I even bear the thought of the sound of bones cracking. No way, no how, was I going to go to a chiropractor. On the other side, though, I could not imagine having to live the rest of my life relatively inactive and bearing this much pain, even intermittently. I decided to return to my orthopedic doctor for his opinion and, hopefully, another solution.

I explained to my doctor the physical therapist’s findings and his recommendation to visit a chiropractor. To my surprise, my doctor concluded that chiropractic treatment made sense. There was no other known practical remedy in traditional medicine for my situation; so, if there was the possibility that it could provide relief, then chiropractic would be worth a try.

I was shocked at my doctor’s support of chiropractic; but, I figured if he supported it, then perhaps I should try it. So, I reluctantly made an appointment to see Dr. Cho and spent the evening trying to figure out how I was going to get through my appointment with this professional bone cracker.

Communication is always an important element in any relationship or interaction; so, keeping this in mind, I politely shared with Dr. Cho my opinion and concern regarding chiropractic treatment. He was receptive to my concerns and conducted his approach accordingly. He educated me in the theory behind this form of treatment and why it would help my condition. In addition, being receptive to many patients’ dislike of “bone cracking”, he explained some alternative methods and tools he could use that would not necessarily produce “bone cracking” sounds but would still effect the changes that we needed to achieve. Dr. Cho explained that my situation was not the easiest to fix; but, he had the utmost confidence that he could correct the bone placement, eliminate the associated pain, and, thus, return my lifestyle to its normal level of activity, including long-distance running. His assurance and confidence put me at ease. He produced confidence in me and restored my hope that a remedy did exist. I was now anxious to get started. We mapped out a treatment plan and a time schedule and began our work.

I kept appointments faithfully, and followed Dr. Cho’s instructions explicitly—what to do, what not to do, exercises, etc. Improvement was quick and significant.

Within three visits, my pain diminished significantly. After one month, I was driving my car for an hour with very little, if any, discomfort. Within two months, I was back outside employing a walking program with a goal to advance to jogging by the holidays. That didn’t quite happen; but, with a little more time and patience, I was finally able to do so. By late January of this year, jogging was added to the walking program. And, aside from a few minor setbacks – mostly overdoing my training – I have been progressing steadily. My muscles need to be strengthened to keep everything in place as well as to build my speed; this will come with time, patience, and careful training.

In April, I entered my first running event since my injury a year earlier--a short 2-miler. It gave me a good gauge to monitor my current condition. I was pleased with my results; and, aside from a few sore muscles, I was feeling well. A month later, this May, I ran my second event – a 5K. This is my maximum distance that my muscles and joints can handle right now. It felt difficult; but, I my results actually indicated more improvement. My time was slightly better than the April 2-miler, and, again, I felt good, and most importantly, there was no throbbing pain.

I hope to be ready to run the Seattle ½-Marathon by November; but, if not, that’s ok, I will re-set this goal for sometime next year. I am taking my running program slowly with small, manageable goals set for each week and each event. My times are not so important; and, I am flexible on the events that I choose and the distances I will be able to do. Right now, it just feels good to be able to run again.

This journey has been priceless. I thought that chiropractic treatment was ineffective and a waste of time and was hesitant to try it. But, after the results that I have experienced in a relatively short amount of time, I have a completely different opinion. Chiropractic enabled me to recover my active lifestyle and, in the process, improve my overall fitness and wellness. I whole-heartedly recommend it to anyone who suffers from chronic pain and desires to restore their life to one of active wellness.

Betty Kercheval -
I first came into Chosen Chiropractic in the spring of 2009. I had arthritic degenerate neck problems and tightness through my shoulders and lower back, which continually goes out. I have been treated by other physicians and the results were successful until I played poorly at golf. I was referred to Dr Cho by the out-patient group of Overlake Hospital. The results here are good until I put my back out while playing poor golf.

Bethel Heo -
I first came to this office last year after Thanksgiving, I believe. It was at a family get together for Thanksgiving where my back left shoulder spazzed out and started hurting like crazy. I was starting to get into working out right around that time and I believe it was caused from lifting improperly. I was never treated by any physicians such as orthopedic, neurologist, physical therapist and/or another Chiropractor. My results... I feel great! My parents referred me to this office. Chiropractic is like... If I had to use an analogy… chapstick. Chapstick heals your lips when you use it, but if you stop, your lips go crazy dry. Now I have to have chapstick with me wherever I go just to feel normal.

Jong Choi -
I was in good health all of my life except for a couple of car accidents. Last year, I started having an unpleasant feeling in my neck and back, which became more uncomfortable everyday. I’ve always heard of my wife getting better and better after her treatments with Dr. Cho, but it didn’t interest me because I’ve had treatment with some other chiropractors with no progress. One day, my neck was hurting so much, it would not even turn. My wife made an appointment with Dr. Cho's office, so I went in and got treated. It was unbelievable, I felt like I was in heaven. I was able to turn my neck smoothly and freely. Right after, I told him about the low back problems I’ve had for a long time. He is fixing all of those problems now. He always speaks nicely and makes me feel comfortable, just like a close friend. I also recommended my friends who needed to see Dr. Cho and they’re all happy with the results. When I went into his office I felt a ton of heavy weight, but when I walked out I felt like walking in the air. I can say he is awesome. GOD BLESS YOU!

Amanda Ng -
I first came into Chosen Chiropractic in 2008, early in the spring. I was in a car accident on I-5, where we got rear-ended while at a full stop in traffic by a woman who had ducked down to look for her cell phone. I had minor whiplash, and some pain along my shoulders, back, and neck. After coming in, I learned that it was probably caused by some bones that were slightly out of place. I had not been treated by other physicians. I came in regularly, at first 3 times a week and eventually once every 2 weeks and after a year and a half of treatments and exercises, my posture is better and I have a lot less pain in my neck and shoulders. My mom brought me here because her regular appointments with Shirley, her massage therapist,  had led her to hearing about Dr. Cho. My back, shoulders, and neck still hurt occasionally, and I come back every couple of months or so to get adjusted. But in general, my posture has improved, my tightness has gone away, and I’ve grown a half an inch!

Aaron Gruhlke -
After seeing many chiropractors, going to Dr. Cho for treatment is a no-brainer. I don't like the idea of being violently wrenched around in every which way to get my spine back into place. His techniques are much gentler than the others I've experienced. And I always leave feeling better than when I came in.

Jeanne Blissett -
I am a long time patient of Dr. Cho’s and he has helped me tremendously with my back pain during and after my two pregnancies. I love the new office and all of its resources for helping with the treatment.

Nikki Cason -
What to say about Dr. Cho other than he’s Wonderful! Before coming to see him I was having headaches everyday for years. I was a little leery about seeing a chiropractor. I didn’t know much about the profession and was a little bit scared when my husband mentioned it. After about a year of my husband telling me I should give it a shot I thought, what could it hurt? Now I am so glad I listened to my husband! I have been seeing Dr. Cho for a while now and the everyday headaches are GONE! It is such a wonderful feeling, I am so grateful to have such a great doctor who is so nice and knows what he is doing. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a good chiropractor to come and see for yourself how great Dr. Cho is.

John Campion –
I have an upper back and neck issue that was brought on by jogging, hiking, and other sports activities. I have been an avid jogger and hiker for many years and became injured while participating in the Hood to Coast relay in 2004. I had headaches nearly all the time plus some numbness in my right had from the back and neck injury which severely limited my activities. I decided to go the normal medical route; first seeing my primary care doctor, then an orthopedic doctor and then a neurologist for the headaches. I had several MRI’s and did lots of physical therapy. The headaches remained until I finally decided to try chiropractic care in June 2005. A friend gave me Dr. Cho’s number. The results have been nothing short of MIRACULOUS! I no longer have the headaches or numbness and am back doing all my activities including jogging and hiking.

Brad and Jill Jurvakainen –
Jill – 4 years ago I had severe migraines occurring 3 to 5 times per week. I was taking medication or went to the hospital to get treatment. After seeing many specialists and physical therapy treatments without results, I came to see Dr. Cho. Through gentle and effective chiropractic care I was able to resume exercises and eventually all activities without any pain including snow and water skiing, roller blading, jumping on the trampoline, and playing with my children. I am now down to less than 1 migraine per month and am able to do any activity I want. I come to see D. Cho approximately once per month and always receive a thorough, comfortable adjustment and muscle work.

Brad – I have had severe shoulder and neck pain that had been going on for years. I put off coming in thinking it was just muscle pain caused by tension. I just put up with it thinking that chiropractic couldn’t help. My wife had been seeing Dr. Cho for a while and when the pain got bad enough, I decided to make and appointment. After 6 weeks of care, I feel my pain in down nearly 70% if not more.

Tim McCarthy -
Dr. Christian Cho has changed my life. His gentle adjustments and the simple but effective exercises he has recommended have changed my attitude from tolerance of discomfort to a proactive effort to improve my ability to work and be active. I can now do things enthusiastically that I used to do grudgingly, knowing my back was going to bother me. Several times in the past, during periods of rather severe back pain, I made the comment that I would give everything I owned for a normal back. I didn't have to! I just had to follow Dr. Cho's recommendations and keep after the goals we set.

Demitri Vyzis –
I store all of my stress in my shoulders. Before I began treatment at Chosen Chiropractic, no one had been able to touch my shoulders. Now I am able to get a shoulder massage without pain. My insomnia has improved an incredible amount allowing me to fall asleep much easier than before.
